Developer's description:

The aim of this logic game is to charge up power generator and don't become frozen. Generator contains certain amount of elements with different number of links. By turning them you must create chain reaction and highlight them all. Left mouse button turns the element counterclockwise, right button turns the element clockwise. Two and more connected elements keep their charge, so there is no need to build an uninterrupted circuit from primary energy source. Mouse wheel selects special tools if you have any. For example: broken elements can be repaired with wrench tool, battery tool charges any element on the map, wirecutters tool allows you to extract elements from the map and move them to your inventory and others. To pick up a tool, charge an element with its icon.

Ice Breaker features 3 game modes (unlimited play, battle against time and battle against time + limited number of moves), 40 levels and an editor.

  Game is quite ok, but not very hard. Once you've beaten a level in easy mode, you shouldn't have any problems to beat it again in experienced and professional mode as the level design is always the same.
  
  But the graphics, the sounds and the possibility to unlock secrets and the generator (you don't have to solve all 40 levels - there is another way) make this game worth playing.
