The goal in each level is to remove all tiles from the board within the given time period. To break the tile you need to create the chain of three or more identical balls which will adjoin it. Later levels introduce more complex boards where it's more difficult to match balls and tiles which are harder to destroy - they either need more chains to break them or are locked. To break the locked tile you need either to use a bonus key or to create a chain with the ball which is hidden under the tile.
By creating chains you also fill bonus crystal spheres - there are five of them, just like ball colours. When one of the spheres is filled you can either break the tile with special hammer, open locked tile, add time, remove tiles from the board temporarily (it allows to create chains from balls hidden under the tiles) or spin the wheel of fortune and see what happens. If you spare bonus for later levels the sphere fills again and bonuses become more powerful. You should also watch the combo meter to your left. When it's full - bonus rain clears the whole board.
There are 100 levels in total. Progress is saved automatically when you leave the game.
Drasir-Vel : This game looks very pretty like they usually do, and the gameplay is also good, maybe a bit hard.
It's a bit fun that this game is going for being something you'll play when you want to relax, because it gets pretty tense if you want to get far. I managed to get all the way to level 100. But maybe it helps that i've played a ton of Bejeweled not so long ago.
It's all about fast pattern recognition. Your main help to complete the levels is the rain that that falls when you've racked up a lot of combinations in a row. Without that i wouldn't have gotten very far. I got a highscore of 975365.
Chroelle : I got past level 10 the other day and hoped for that to be a new startpoint, but sadly no.
Chroelle : GREAT PUZZLER. Just the kind I like to play. I did however need a little less difficulty. And more checkpoints. I believe it is a bit harsh that I make it to level 7 and I got an achievement, but I am still not far enough to start the game at a later stage. Had it been a smidgeon less difficult it would have been perfect.
eMTe : VERY hard match 3 game, almost impassable without numerous tries and a bit of luck of course. Fortunately, game saves the state each 5 stages, that is if you reach the 5th stage. Took me 2 days and there's 10 times more or so...
The game isn't in fact a Mario clone, however at first glance it looks like another walk-right-avoid-monsters-and- collect-colourful-objects game. The game isn't "childish" at all, further levels are really hard and jumping tricks require very good skill.
After spending some time with this game I think it's one of the best freeware platformers I've ever played.
