Limey Lizard: Waste Wizard!

Limey Lizard is a point'n'click adventure game featuring antropomorphic title character on his cleaning quest. Limey is an indolent lizard-like waste employee on a spaceship of undisclosed provenience and target. His loose life attitude frequently puts him into trouble, so his bosses and ship's AI, PANDA, use it to their advantage giving our "hero" the most hazardous tasks. And this time is no different. According to ProgZmax this is the first episode in the series.
