How should the block magnesium alloy sacrifice anode be installed? How should the steps of anode installation be arranged
Nowadays, the use of magnesium alloy sacrificial anode, zinc alloy sacrificial anode and other anode materials to protect metals are very many applications, such as sacrificial anode method, forced current protection, cathodic protection and so on. In the above three metal corrosion engineering, we need to use anode materials in a lot of places. So how do we install large pieces of magnesium alloy sacrificial anode material? Today, Jiaozuo Ladbrock Light alloy will give you a brief introduction:
Step 1: We shall install according to the construction drawing of the anode design. In general, we choose to dig the anode pit at the end of the pipeline crossing and the vertical direction of the pipeline, while keeping a proper distance from the pipeline. The depth of the pit should be flush with the pipeline, which is used for the magnesium alloy sacrifice anode burying. If the construction site needs to dig more than one anode pit we also need to make a line layout.
Step 2: Put the magnesium alloy sacrificial anode and the reference electrode into the anode pit. In addition, appropriate round holes are cut directly above the pipeline and the metal pipe wall is exposed. We shall clean up the oil stain, primer and oxide film on the surface of the metal pipe wall, and then weld the copper core of the cathode cable to the pipeline with thermic flux and apply the baked hot melt adhesive.
Step 3: the magnesium anode cable and the anode shared cable are connected by thermo welding, and then sealed with hot melt adhesive. Final step: Water the anode pit until the magnesium anode is soaked for backfilling, while connecting the cathode cable, anode cable, and reference electrode cable to the corresponding terminals in each test pile
