Therefore, zinc copper titanium alloy has been widely used in hardware production.
Third, for casting zinc alloy.
Mainly for die casting, used in automotive, light industry and other industries, accounting for about 15%. The processing performance of many zinc alloys is relatively good, and the processing rate of passes can reach 60%-80%. Excellent medium voltage performance, can be deep drawing, and has self-lubricating, prolong the life of the mold, can be used for brazing or resistance welding or arc welding (in helium gas), the surface can be electroplated, paint treatment, good cutting performance. It has superior superplastic energy under certain conditions.
