Anticorrosive spraying protection of steel structure shall be carried out by professional construction teams with qualified training. The requirements of safety technology and labor protection in construction shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state in force. When the steel structure is installed in place, the derrick, bridleway, pipe support and other related components connected with it are installed and accepted, the anti-corrosion coating can be applied.

Before construction, the surface of the steel structure should be derusted, and according to the use of requirements to determine the anti-rust treatment. Rust removal and rust prevention should be in line with the relevant provisions in the current Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering. The sundries on the surface of the steel structure should be cleared, and the seams at the joints should be filled with anti-corrosion coatings or other anti-corrosion materials before construction. The construction of anti-corrosion coating should be carried out before the interior decoration and under the condition that it will not be damaged by the subsequent works.

During construction, the parts and other objects that do not need anti-corrosion protection should be shielded and protected. The coating just constructed should be prevented from dirty liquid pollution and mechanical impact.

During the construction process and before the drying and curing of the coating, the temperature should be kept at 5 ~ 38℃, the relative humidity should not be greater than 90%, and the air should be circulated. When the wind speed is greater than 5m/s, or rainy days and component surface condensation, should not work.
