Potentiostat is a practical and reliable cathodic protection product, widely used in metal pipelines, Marine steel structure facilities, ships, underground and underwater communication cables, power plant cooling system, chemical equipment corrosion protection.

The characteristics of

● Potentiostat can use zinc, silver chloride silver, copper sulfate and other reference electrodes.

● Adopt full series of integration, module circuit, reduce the contact and control button, high reliability, stability, can work steadily for a long time, without adjustment.

● The machine uses a single pluggable control board, greatly simplifying the use of operation, maintenance and repair work,(can be called a simplex machine)

● High resistance digital three table (given/reference. Output voltage, output current) are displayed independently. The input impedance of the instrument can reach 5M ω, which improves the measurement accuracy of potential

● Set the manual delay power tube ground potential measurement function (optional)

● Error automatic conversion system, when the failure of the cathodic protection system such as instrument, anode, circuit, reference electrode (easy to occur) cause potential change, after the error of the instrument

3 Light/alarm

● Input and output overload protection, short circuit protection circuit, and in the power input, anode, reference electrode is set up lightning protection device to improve the safety of the instrument.

● The instrument has a standard interface, the given potential, reference potential, output voltage, output current, error alarm signal conversion standard (4-20MA or digital RS485) output signal, connected to external equipment for extension alarm or storage, printing, drawing and other processing

● Instrument structure: the instrument can be combined with THE SF-KZX potentiostat control box to form a complete set of reliable cathodic protection system, realize the main and standby automatic conversion, ac, DC automatic conversion and remote control remote transmission functions.
