(1) Cathodic protection potentiostat is generally configured with two, each other as standby, so it should be switched regularly according to management requirements. When switching to a spare instrument, an observation and maintenance should be carried out immediately. During the maintenance of the instrument, it is not allowed to insert and remove all kinds of connectors and printed circuit boards with power on.

(2) Observe whether all parts are normal, whether the components are corroded, unwelded, virtual welding, damage, whether the connection point is reliable, whether the circuit is faulty, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the fuse is intact, if there is a fuse, need to find out the reason and then replace.

(3) Clean the interior and remove foreign objects.

(4) The fault of the instrument should be repaired in time, and put into the standby instrument to ensure power supply.
