Special materials for cathodic protection engineering
1. Zinc grounding battery for the cathodic protection test pile
The grounding battery consists of a pair or four zinc alloy sacrificial anode rods that are parallel to each other, separated by insulation pads, and then packed together in a cotton bag with packing material and welded to both sides of the insulation device (insulation joint or flange) by an outlet cable to prevent damage caused by strong electric impact.
Common ground battery dimensions are as follows:
The common grounding battery is a double zinc bar grounding battery. The specifications of the zinc alloy bar are 40 x 40 x 800mm, 40 x 40 x 1000mm, and 40 x 40 x 1500mm.
Note: Please inquire for other specifications and sizes required by customers.
2, magnesium alloy sacrifice anode cathodic protection products
Magnesium alloy is an ideal sacrificial anode material with negative anode potential and high electric quantity per unit mass. It is suitable for cathodic protection of metal structures in soil, fresh water and seawater.
Magnesium alloy sacrifice anodes are produced according to the national standard GB/T17731-1999 magnesium alloy Sacrifice Anodes, and the anodes used for pipelines are also in line with SY/T0019-97 Design Code for Cathodic Protection of Sacrifice Anodes for Buried Steel Pipelines.
3, zinc alloy sacrifice anode cathodic protection products
Zinc alloy sacrificial anodes can be used for cathodic protection of steel structures such as ships, port facilities, Marine engineering, buried metal pipes, storage tanks and seawater cooling water systems.
Zinc alloy sacrificed-anode is produced according to GB/T4950-2002 "Zinc - Aluminum - Cadmium Alloy Sacrificed-anode", and the anodes used for pipelines are also in line with SY/T0019-97 "Design Code for Cathodic Protection of Sacrificed-Anode for Buried Steel Pipelines".
4, aluminum alloy sacrifice anode cathodic protection products
The most commonly used aluminum alloy anodes are Al-Zn-In and Al-Zn-Hg anodes, which are suitable for cathodic protection of structures such as ships, port engineering and Marine facilities, seawater cooling water systems and water storage tanks. Aluminum alloy anode production gb4948-2002 "aluminum - zinc - indium alloy sacrifice anode".
The performance of the aluminum anode is influenced by the chemical composition of the alloy. We offer different alloy compositions to meet the customer's requirements. We can also manufacture anodes with special chemical composition according to the customer's requirements.
5, magnesium belt sacrificial anode cathodic protection products
The extruded magnesium strip anode has a larger area-mass ratio, so it can produce a larger current than the usual cast anode. The magnesium and zinc bands are mainly used in narrow areas (such as tube sections in casing) and in high resistivity soil and fresh water to protect oil tanks or other steel structures in high resistivity electrolytes.
6, zinc band sacrifice anode cathodic protection products
Zinc bands are mainly used in narrow local Spaces (such as tube sections in casing) and in high resistivity soil and fresh water to protect oil tanks or other steel structures in high resistivity electrolytes.
7, bracelet type (bracelet shape) zinc aluminum alloy sacrifice anode cathodic protection products
8, cathodic protection products test pile, reference electrode
The reference electrode is an ideal electrode for measuring the potential of buried metal structures. It has the characteristics of potential stability, anti-polarization ratio and long service life
Purpose of test pile: It is mainly used for the detection of cathodic protection parameters, and is an essential device in pipeline management and maintenance. It is arranged along the test line according to the test function.
The test pile can be used to test the potential, current and insulation performance of the pipeline, and also can be used to test the leakage of the covering layer and ac/DC interference
