Production process:

A. The raw materials of zinc bar all adopt high-quality 0# distillation zinc ingot, the purity of zinc ingot is high, the zinc content is more than 99.995%, and the national standard GB/T470-1997 standard is strictly implemented to ensure the purity of zinc bar.

B. Production is the use of modern automatic extrusion line, automatic straightening machine, zinc rod surface bright, compact organization, no hole, cutting using automatic saw machine, smooth port, the production process strictly in accordance with ISO9001: 2000 operating regulations, detailed tracking records, to ensure that high quality products, efficient production of timely to meet customer production needs.

C. The quality testing equipment adopts precision atomic absorption spectrophotometer, which is tracked and tested by the quality inspection department in real time. The quality control of "three inspections" (raw material inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection) is carried out regularly by the third party to ensure the qualified products. The products have been tested by the authority, and the technical indicators are in full compliance with the requirements of the European Union environmental protection ROHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
